Refund policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your products or they are unsuitable in any way we are happy to accept returns if notified within 14 working days from the date of order.Â
Please email us promptly at info@edinburghmercantile.co.uk if you do feel you want to send your order back. Products must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Unfortunately we are unable to cover return postage costs.Â
Please allow at least 7 working days for us to process your return. Please note any postage costs for the original order will also be refunded if all items originally purchased for that order are being returned. Â

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will try to resolve any issues.Â
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. For example perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
